Season begins Jan. 13 and runs 4 consecutive weeks
Practices will be held on Sundays through Feb. 4 from 4-7 p.m. (grade-specific practice times to be announced later, Super Bowl Sunday 1-4pm) at the SportsZone.
During registration, select your player's skill level to help coaches plan the sessions based on ability.
Full equipment (minus cleats) is required for all levels except 6U.*
Registration fee: $195 (*U6 fee is $95) (registration fee does not include $50 mandatory cash calendar fundraiser)
Registrations closes February 4th
Players are required to pay $50 for the mandatory fundraiser (players can make the $50 back by selling the fundraiser)
US Lacrosse membership ($30) is required for the spring season. If US lacrosse membership isn't current, you will automatically be directed to the US Lacrosse website during the registration process.
The season will begin February 10th and practices will be held indoors on Sundays at the SportsZone until teams can move outdoors (SportsZone reserved for 2/10, 2/17, 3/3, 3/10, 3/17, 3/24 and 3/31 ). Once the fields are cleared for use, teams will move outdoors and schedules will change per coach/team discretion. Generally a team schedule will consist of 2 weekly practices and one game. (Games are usually Sundays)
***New this year- 12U and 14U teams will be practicing Mon and Wed on OUTDOOR TURF the weeks of 3/18 and 3/25 at Seascoast United in Epping
Refunds for the spring season will be considered if requested in writing by February 9th.
Wait list- Wait listed players will be charged $50 deposit with option to pay full balance. If player is not placed on a team, all amounts paid will be 100% refundable. Refund will include purchase of shorts and will be issued immediately following submission of team counts to NHYLA on or about March 1. If there are enough players to safely field an additional team, every effort will be made to do so.
Full equipment (including a RED helmet) is required for all levels except U6.*
Uniform - All players must wear the DYLA uniform shorts and jersey during games. Order uniform shorts when registering (see pictures). Prior to the first game, all players will receive a reversible game jersey. A deposit will be required to receive the jersey, and deposit checks will be cashed if the jersey is not returned in good condition at the end of the season. Players may purchase an optional shooter shirt during registration.
*U6 players have an in-house program (no traveling). Cost for the winter $75 and spring session is $95 each. No US Lacrosse membership required. Players only need a stick to participate and are not required to participate in the fundraiser, purchase shorts, or make jersey deposits.
Multi-player discounts: For families with more than one player registering for the spring season, each player after player one will receive a $15 discount.
